A no-cost call to understand the project — site, scope, budget, timeline, and what success looks like for you. We'll tell you up front whether we're the right fit and roughly what the drafting work will cost.
Initial layout sketches and rough massing so we agree on direction before detailed drawings begin. Catch the big questions here, not after the permit set is done.
Full construction document set produced in CAD or Revit — site plan, floor plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules. Two review rounds with you built in.
Permit-ready submission package including the code compliance items your AHJ requires. We can also coordinate directly with your contractor or expediter to handle submission.
Available through construction for RFIs, change orders, on-site coordination, and the unavoidable "the inspector wants this changed" moments. Hourly or retainer.
Most residential projects move from Discovery to permit-ready drawings in 3–6 weeks, depending on complexity and review responsiveness. Commercial work is project-dependent — we'll give you a real timeline at the end of Discovery.
